About the Company
If you’re a small business that needs accounting, bookkeeping, payroll or sales tax support LaBounty Concepts, LLC is here for you. We work with small businesses that may not need a full-time employee managing the bills, balancing the books, and completing payroll. We also work with small businesses that have an employee that does some of their accounting or bookkeeping but needs support or consulting in certain areas.
That’s the reason Aimee founded LaBounty Concepts, LLC: to support small businesses in the areas they wish to be supported. She passionately believes that one cannot standardize public accounting services. Not all businesses are the same. Your needs are as unique as the business you are running.
About Aimee
I love a good puzzle and I love small business. Toss accounting into the mix and you’ve found my passion; working with small businesses to solve for their specific accounting needs.
I started in fast food, worked for a painting subcontractor as a personal assistant, worked in construction and factory industry as a purchasing and inventory agent. I picked up job costing skills and worked my way up to head the accounting department.
I eventually found my way into public accounting. Over the years I have gained experience in bookkeeping, payroll, sales tax, income tax, and QuickBooks consulting. I obtained my Masters in Accounting in 2011 and became a CPA in 2017. I’ve worked with QuickBooks, provided bookkeeping needs for 20 years and also worked with tax for over 9 years. I have experience in many industries including construction, retail, rental, real estate and death care.
Now I could tell you that in my spare time I like long walks on the beach, but I’m from the Midwest. Instead, I enjoy small getaways to MO state parks with my husband in our camper. I also enjoy gardening, logic puzzles, game nights with my family, and getting wrapped up in a good mystery novel. What can I say? Relaxing hobbies are the best hobbies!
Software
We have experience in most industry standard accounting software. We are also willing to learn other software platforms when the client is comfortable where they are and does not wish to switch. For new users to QB Online, we can offer a discount on monthly software fees.
